Descriptive writing- My Lemon Tree 

My lemon tree is short and full of lemons. It reaches up to 20 feet in height and has sharp thorns on the twigs. Leaves are reddish when young, and become dark green above, light green below. There are fragrant, white flowers on the tree. The buds are reddish- brown. Lemons have a citrusy scent and their flavor is very sour. When you cut up a lemon in half it feels squishy on the inside and hard on the outside , lemons are shaped like an oval , circle sometimes triangles . You can use lemons to make lemonade , lemon cake, and lemon meringue pie . When you are feeling sick or have a sore throat lemon mixed with honey is the perfect home remedie.  

We were so excited! for Vyaan’s 9th birthday party. We sang happy birthday and Vyaan blew his candle’s. We ate his delicious chocolate cake.The cake was big and it was shaped like a square. The color of his cake was brown, the logo was a soccer ball with icing on top of the cake. We also had lollies fruit brust and hi chew it was yummy. I had so much fun at Vyaan’s birthday party.
